Paid Attendee Conference Access and Cancellation Guidelines
All registrants must pay the registration invoice in full prior to receiving access to the virtual event. For paid registrants, cancellation requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and received by September 30, 2020. A full cancellation refund will be granted for written requests received on or before September 30, 2020. No refunds will be granted after September 30, 2020. No cancellations will be taken by phone.
Registrants who do not attend the conference and/or do not contact SES via written correspondence before the cancellation deadline as directed above will be responsible for the full attendee registration fee.
